Hard to imagine summer ending so soon with kids going back to school and the days getting colder.  We will be getting a new digital panoramic x ray next month.  This is our last piece of x ray we need to convert to become fully digital.  It’s something we’ve been looking to do for the past three years and the time has come.  I did take a week long vacation in the month of July.  I’m shocked too that I took a vacation.  I had a good time and I was also very happy to come back to work.  I have no vacations planned until we take off for Christmas.  We did have our annual picnic at Squire Park on 06 August.  That was the day where it rained really hard with lightening.  The rain lasted for about 30 minutes and it was about the time the picnic was suppose to start.  I was thinking we were going to have to move the picnic to the dental office or just cancel the picnic because I didn’t expect anyone to show up.  Once the rain stopped, the sun came out and it turned out to be a beautiful evening.  People started showing up and it was probably one of the biggest turn outs we’ve ever had for our picnic.  We cooked over a hundred burgers and over a hundred hot dogs and bratwursts.  We all had a great time and it looks like we will have to continue the tradition again with the annual picnic next year.  The dental office will be closed from 04 Sep to 06 Sep to honor Labor Day.  Enjoy the rest of the summer.

Yesterday was another Feng Shui class at the Moo G Moon Education Center.  Thank you to everyone that attended and a big thanks to my uncle for cooking dinner for the class.  And to anyone that is interested in Feng Shui 102, the class is scheduled for 31 July, Saturday from 8am to 12pm.

This is turning out to be the busiest month for Moo G Moon.  04 June had a root canal seminar hosted by Dr. Ring and Brassler.  07 to 10 June will have Bruce Machion hosting a leadership seminar.  11 and 12 June will be STP implant class.  15 June will have Ultradent with Cody Sunderland.  22 June will be Feng Shui 101 starting at 5pm. 
And there’s dentistry almost everyday.  It does not get much more exciting that that.

I will be in Reno from 11 May - 13 May for National Bowling.  The dental office will continue to be open with Dr. Lisa Schaffer and the rest of the staff.  National Bowling is an annual event I participate in.  It’s not that I’m any good at bowling because I’m not, but I enjoy the company and it’s fun to say "maybe next year I’ll do better".
